Every shipment needs a pickup address — that's where the courier shows up to collect the package. You can have multiple (one per warehouse / studio / store) and switch between them per shipment.
- Go to Settings → Pickup Locations (or Settings → Account → Pickup tab).
- Click 'Add pickup location'.
- Fill in: nickname (e.g. 'Mumbai warehouse'), contact name + phone, full address with pincode.
- Optional: contact email, landmark, GSTIN if you bill from this address.
- Tick 'Use as default' to pre-select it on new shipments.
Pincode is required and must be a 6-digit Indian pincode. Courier serviceability is checked against it.
