- Shipments → Bulk Download Labels (or Bulk Download Invoices).
- Paste AWBs — one per line or comma-separated. Up to 500 per batch.
- Click 'Download labels' / 'Download invoices'.
- Wait for the zip to generate, then save it.
Alternative: on the Shipments list, tick the rows you want and hit the Labels / Invoices button in the bulk-action toolbar. Saves typing AWBs.
After download you'll see a 'matched X of Y' panel — any AWBs not found in your account are listed so you can fix typos.
