When a customer pays cash on delivery, the courier collects on your behalf and forwards it to Skyfleet on their settlement cycle. Skyfleet then remits to your registered bank account on a configurable schedule.

- Scale plan: custom D+1 to D+7 negotiated with your account manager.
- Freight charges for COD shipments are netted off before payout (no separate invoice).
Track outstanding COD anytime: Reports → COD aging shows current buckets (0-3d / 4-7d / 8-14d / 15-30d / 30+d).
