- Find the forward shipment (Shipments → All). Status should be DELIVERED.
- Click the shipment to open it, then 'Create RVP'.
- Confirm customer details + return address (defaults to your pickup warehouse).
- Choose: with QC (courier inspects before pickup, higher rate) or without QC.
- Book — courier collects from customer and returns to your warehouse.
