- Reports → Reports Dashboard.
- Pick a date range (last 7 days / 30 days / 90 days / this year).
- Click 'Download MIS' — generates a CSV with every shipment field including charges, status timeline, customer info, courier IDs.
For specific report types (NDR, COD remittance, weight disputes, terminal status), use the dedicated entries under the Reports sidebar group — they pre-filter for you.
