When creating a single or bulk shipment, you can let Skyfleet pick the courier instead of comparing rates yourself. The pick is rule-driven — your admin can configure priorities, weight bands, zone rules, payment-mode preferences (COD-only couriers etc.).
- On the create-shipment form, scroll to 'Courier' and click 'Auto-allocate cheapest'.
- On bulk upload, set mode to 'Auto-allocate' or 'Auto-allocate & book' before submitting.
- Allocation rules live at Admin → Allocation Rules (or Tools → Allocation Rules for merchants with read access).
If a shipment can't be allocated (no serviceable courier for that pincode + weight + mode), it lands in 'Drafts' with the failure reason. You can manually pick a courier from there.
