Schedule a pickup or generate a manifest

Most couriers schedule pickups automatically from the AWB itself — no extra action needed. For couriers that don't (or when you need to print a handover document), generate a pickup manifest.

1. Shipments → Pickup Manifest.
2. Select the AWBs going out today (or filter by courier).
3. Click 'Generate manifest' — you get a PDF with all AWBs, their addresses, total weight, and a signature box.
4. Print it, hand over with the packages, get it signed by the courier rider.
