Skyfleet's Shopify integration is a public app on the Shopify App Store. Connecting it takes one click — no API tokens to copy or webhooks to configure by hand.
- Open the Skyfleet Shipping listing on the Shopify App Store.
- Click 'Install' and choose the store you want to connect.
- Approve the permissions on Shopify (read_orders, write_fulfillments, etc.).
- You're redirected back — the connection card shows 'Active'.
Orders flow in via webhook (instant) for new orders, with a 15-minute cron pull as a fallback. When you book a shipment in Skyfleet, the AWB is pushed back as a fulfillment on Shopify and the customer gets the standard Shopify shipping notification.
If webhooks aren't firing (orders only show up after the 15-min cron), open the webhook config from the channels page and hit 'Re-register webhooks'.
