Once an order is imported into Skyfleet, the draft shipment is independent from the source channel. Edit it freely until you book a courier — after that, edits are locked.

  1. From the Order Inbox, click 'Import' on the order — it creates a draft shipment.
  2. Open the draft (Shipments → Drafts) and click the 'Edit' button (top right).
  3. Tweak any of: payment mode (Prepaid ↔ COD), invoice value, COD amount, drop address, package dimensions/weight, line items, pickup warehouse.
  4. Save. Then click 'Book' to assign a courier and lock the shipment.

Edits are stored only on Skyfleet — Shopify keeps the original order. This is by design: Shopify's API doesn't allow changing financial_status (Prepaid↔COD) or overriding invoice totals.
